Bill’s portfolio provides the connective tissue between the Information Technology and the enterprise. His portfolio includes 4 major practice areas, Business Relationship Management and Analysis Practice, IT Business Management Office, IT Service Management Office, and Enterprise Project Management Office He maintains a focus on optimizing the return on IT investments and services.

Prior to joining Sinclair, he served in key leadership roles at major energy, academic, technology, and management consulting firms. He led key initiatives that included the technology integration of a Fortune 5 corporate merger, the introduction of a Service Management framework in a large academic environment, and the management of Service Delivery and IT Operations. In each position, he took the lead in the organizational change management and transformation required to realize the value of these large initiatives.

During his career Bill has worked in national and international environments. His experience includes assignments in North America, South America, Europe, and Africa. His multi-national experience has contributed to his success in the management and delivery of IT services in a global market.

Mr. Medley engages in several initiatives associated with mentoring aspiring young talent. He is a volunteer with the INROADS organization that prepares students for college and professional careers. He works with the Girl’s Who Code program to provide support for young women interested in careers in IT. He has delivered industry speeches to academic and government organizations.

He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from Drexel University, a Masters of Business Administration from UMUC, and a Masters of Information Technology from UMUC. He lives in Maryland USA with his wife and 3 daughters.
