Chantal Richmond is the CISO (Chief Information Security Officer) at Erickson Senior Living. In this capacity, Chantal is responsible for the organization’s information security program strategy and execution in support of over 15,000 staff and 28,000 residents in 22 communities. Chantal began her career at Erickson Senior Living in 2022.

Chantal has been a member of the Mid-Atlantic CIO Forum since 2022 and is the first member appointed to serve on the board as the SNG (Security Networking Group) representative. She has just started her first term.

Chantal holds a Masters in Cybersecurity Policy from University of Maryland Global Campus (UMGC), is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and Boardroom Certified Qualified Technology Expert (QTE).

Prior to joining Erickson Senior Living, Chantal was the BISO (Business Information Security Officer) for Allegis Global Solutions.
