Erik Poole is a transformational technology executive and Chief Information Officer with extensive expertise in enterprise digital strategy, cybersecurity, and global technology operations. As Vice President and CIO of New Pig Corporation, Erik leads enterprise technology strategy across 12 campuses spanning four continents and provides strategic oversight for multiple affiliated sister companies.

His leadership portfolio encompasses the full technology landscape, including ecommerce platforms, digital customer experience, operational technology (OT), manufacturing systems, and supply chain technology. Erik oversees software engineering, infrastructure and cloud operations, cybersecurity, data analytics, and digital product development, ensuring technology capabilities effectively support global growth, operational resilience, and scalable business performance.

Working closely with executive leadership, Erik aligns technology investments with long-term business strategy while managing enterprise risk and driving innovation across a complex multi-entity environment. Under his leadership, the organization has modernized critical enterprise systems, strengthened cybersecurity posture across both IT and OT environments, expanded digital commerce capabilities, and scaled global operations to support sustained growth and operational excellence.

Prior to joining New Pig Corporation, Erik served as Director of Digital Strategy at Zoetis Inc., where he led global digital product development initiatives, managed P&L responsibility for digital channels, and advanced enterprise analytics capabilities for the world's largest animal health company.

With a strong foundation in product management, cloud architecture, AI enablement, and data strategy, Erik brings a balanced leadership approach that combines operational excellence, governance discipline, and forward-looking innovation. He has been a member of the Mid-Atlantic CIO Forum since 2021 and holds degrees in Information Systems from Drexel University and in Statistics and Supply Chain Management from Pennsylvania State University.
