As Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Erickson Senior Living, I lead enterprise technology strategy for a national leader in developing and managing continuing care retirement communities. My focus is on helping technology create measurable value for the business while improving the lives of the residents and employees we serve.

I partner with executive leadership to align technology investments with business strategy, drive enterprise transformation, strengthen cybersecurity, modernize infrastructure and applications, advance data and analytics, and responsibly adopt artificial intelligence.

I believe technology is most successful when it enables better decisions, improves experiences, and helps organizations adapt to change. I believe the CIO's role is to serve as a translator between business and technology—helping leaders understand the opportunities, risks, and investments behind technology decisions while ensuring technology teams remain focused on delivering meaningful business outcomes.

Outside Erickson, I serve in leadership roles with the Mid-Atlantic CIO Forum, the Baltimore Area Council, Scouting America, and Towson University's Fisher College of Science & Mathematics. I am a Boardroom Certified Qualified Technology Expert (QTE) and remain passionate about developing future technology leaders and advancing the role of technology in organizational success.
