Jonathan Harrison

SVP/CIO

Jonathan Harrison serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer at JMT, where he leads the firm's technology strategy and innovation initiatives. Over the course of more than twenty years with JMT, Jonathan has advanced through a series of increasingly strategic leadership roles, including software developer, software architect, Director of Software Development, and JMT Technology Group Practice Lead, before being named CIO in 2021.

In his current role, Jonathan oversees three critical technology organizations: JMT's internal infrastructure, operations, and security team; the enterprise business systems team; and the external consulting Technology Group. These teams support JMT's 2,900+ employee engineering enterprise while delivering innovative software, GIS, asset management, and smart mobility solutions to federal, state, and local government clients throughout the United States.

Jonathan earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems Management from University of Maryland, Baltimore County. Since becoming CIO in 2021, he has been an active member of the Mid-Atlantic CIO Forum, contributing to the advancement of technology leadership and peer collaboration across the region.

Beyond his executive responsibilities, Jonathan also serves on the Board of Directors for Olivia's House, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting children and families coping with grief and loss in the York and Hanover, Pennsylvania communities.
