Timothy A. Waire, Jr. joined Cystic Fibrosis Foundation as Chief Information Officer in January 2015. Prior to joining the Foundation, Tim held executive management positions at Quest Diagnostics and Constellation Energy Group driving the strategic direction of technology across all lines of businesses and their supporting functions. 

Tim is a Trustee for the Living Classrooms Foundation – a non-profit organization focused on providing hands-on education and job skills training for students from diverse backgrounds with a special emphasis on serving at-risk youth. Since 2007, Tim has been a board member of the Mid-Atlantic CIO Forum which is dedicated to promoting STEM (Science Technology Engineering & Mathematics) education amongst its member organizations.He graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from The George Washington University and earned his Master’s degree in Computer Science from The Johns Hopkins University. He resides in Maryland with his wife and two daughters.
