Timothy A. Waire, Jr. joined Cystic Fibrosis Foundation as Chief Information Officer in 2015. Prior to joining the Foundation, Tim held executive management positions at Quest Diagnostics and Constellation Energy Group driving the strategic direction of technology across all lines of businesses and their supporting functions.

Since 2022, Tim has been a board member of the North Baltimore Aquatic club. He was previously a trustee/board member for the Central Maryland Swim League, Living Classrooms Foundation and Mid-Atlantic CIO Forum.

He graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from The George Washington University and earned his Master's degree in Computer Science from The Johns Hopkins University. He resides in Maryland with his wife and two daughters.
